WWLF - PNW: Coaching Seminar 3/19/15

Location: Mercer Island Community Center: 8236 SE 24th Street, Mercer Island, WA 98040

Event: Coach Seminar (women only). You’ll want to register ASAP. Registration will close at 50 people.

$25 for WWLF members

$35 for non-members

*Lunch: Box lunches will be provided

**For those that are unable to make this day event, we will be meeting at Bennett’s on Mercer Island for Happy Hour. Gentlemen are welcome to join us. Happy Hour is a non-hosted event.

March 19thWorkshop

Part 1: Break Through Communication Barriers

Gain a deeper understanding of yourself and how to work more effectively with others. The “Break Through Communication Barriers” workshop leverages the Myers-Briggs model of personality preferences and enables you to:

· Develop communication and collaboration skills among team members

· Have conversations with colleagues that allow you both to understand and respect each other

· Learn new ways build strong and cohesive teamwork

· Embrace and maximize your unique talents

· Build adaptability and confidence handling change

Part 2: Optimizing Time, Energy and Decision Making

Once you are aware of your personality and communication preferences, you can leverage this knowledge to optimize time and energy, and strengthen your decision making. “Optimizing Time, Energy and Decision making” will enable you to:

· Leverage your personality strengths for stronger decision making

· Understand the 3 types of values and how these relate to personality, time, and energy

· Define and align your priorities for professional achievement and personal meaning

· Find your definition of balance, why you keep finding yourself out of it, and how to reclaim it

· Clarify how you can begin living and working intentionally
