With all of the transition and new information in our industry, where can we turn our attention for guidance and encouragement? Join your fellow WWLF members for a morning motivation and the opportunity to connect while enjoying your beverage of choice.

Unless there is a holiday, we meet for Motivation and Mugs the first Monday of each month. You'll have the opportunity to introduce yourself and share in a discussion about the overlap of our industry, your professional journey, and any personal details you're comfortable sharing.

January’s topic is “Super Powers and Kryptonite:  Strengths and weaknesses.  Come prepared to share your Super Powers and inspiration on how you developed the super things that make you super ‘YOU’!  We also want to create a safe space to discuss our Kryptonite, and the things that we can help one another grow through and glow through.”

We look forward to seeing you on our next call!  Registration closes the Thursday prior to the meeting.

    About the Program

Join us for the 2025 Intro to Telecom series opener delving into wireless backhaul, microwave basics, and important considerations for implementing stronger networks. We’re excited to offer a fireside chat format with Account Director Jenine Renaud and Pre-Sales Engineer Robin Hoffarth of Ceragon. Jenine will moderate and lead a Q&A with subject matter expert Robin.

WWLF looks forward to including Jenine and Robin in our Intro to Telecom series as both offer a wide breadth of knowledge and success in transforming wireless projects from a vision to a reality.

Jenine Renaud is a seasoned telecom professional with over 17 years of experience, specializing in the North American markets. She currently serves as an Account Director at Ceragon, where she focuses on driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships. Prior to joining Ceragon, Jenine was Vice President of National Strategy at Harmoni Towers, overseeing a portfolio of over 4,800 towers for colocation opportunities with USCC/Pyramid. She also played a key role in Boldyn’s national small cell Right of Way program. Jenine resides in Chicagoland with her family and their loyal golden retriever.

Robin Hoffarth is a Pre-Sales Engineer with Ceragon, joining in January 2024. With over 20 years of experience in the wireless industry, Robin has held engineering roles with prominent carriers including Nextel, Clearwire, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Most recently, he led the National Microwave Engineering teams for Sprint and T-Mobile, focusing on delivering reliable, high-performance network solutions. Robin resides in Colorado with his wife and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities such as ice hockey, skiing, snowboarding, camping, and motorcycling.
