Victoria Weidenthaler

President

Victoria Weidenthaler is Corporate Counsel, Legal Compliance at SBA Communications. In this capacity, she is responsible for providing expertise on land use and telecommunications siting regulations. She examines and secures land use entitlements for some of the wireless industry’s most complex development proposals. Victoria is also engaged in the establishment and modification of federal, state, and local telecommunications regulations – working closely with other industry leaders in the Wireless Infrastructure Association’s advocacy efforts. With over a decade of experience in the telecommunications infrastructure sector, she previously held several roles within Crown Castle, including Government Relations, where she played a key role in developing early small cell regulatory frameworks and deployments in the Southeast. Most recently, she was selected as one of WIA’s Top Women in Wireless for 2021 and 2024.

Victoria has been a member of WWLF for ten years and has served on the Board as a member of the Programs Committee, Director of Programs, and Co-Director of Education. In these capacities, she formed WWLF’s current Mentorship Program and “Intro to Telecom” educational series. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and three-year-old twins – ideally at the beach.
