Meet our guest speakers:
Heidi Nelson

Heidi Nelson, currently the Director of Business Development at Harmoni Towers, began her telecom career in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant at Faulk & Foster, quickly advancing to Assistant Project Manager and then Project Manager, focusing on Site Acquisition services.
In 2008, Heidi joined Integrisite as a Site Acquisition Project Manager and also took on Business Development responsibilities. By 2018, she moved to Castille Consolidated, where she served as a Business Development Manager for both the Site Acquisition and Construction Divisions, and also worked as an NSB Project Manager.
Heidi joined Harmoni Towers in September 2020 as a Business Development Manager and has since been promoted to her current role. She has been actively involved with the Louisiana Wireless Association since 2014 and currently serves as Vice President. Additionally, Heidi joined the South Wireless Summit Committee in 2017, where she co-chairs the Clay Shoot and is a board member of the South Wireless Association. She has also been the WWLF liaison for Louisiana since 2014.
Sara Brummer

Sara Brummer, the Director of Business Development at Harmoni Towers, boasts over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She began her career as a Sales Representative, selling pagers and cellular phones, and has since gained extensive experience in equipment sales, project management, and site development across various roles nationwide.
Before joining Harmoni Towers, Sara worked at American Tower as a Project Manager of Site Development and later as an Account Manager. She also served as the Director of Business Development at Capital Telecom and as an Account Manager at Andrew CommScope. In 2015, Sara joined Parallel Infrastructure, which was acquired by Harmoni in 2020.
Sara is a founding member of the Missouri/Kansas Wireless Association and a current member of WWLF. She is also a proud mother of twin girls and enjoys attending Kansas State University College football games with her extended family.
Martha Penton

Martha Penton is the Director of Business Development – East at Harmoni Towers, where she oversees all aspects of tower leasing for the region. With over 25 years of experience in the wireless industry, Martha has climbed the ranks and gained extensive expertise in site acquisition, zoning and permitting, project management, construction, vendor management, and business development. Her career has taken her across the country in various roles.
Before joining Harmoni Towers, Martha served as the VP of Business Development for Dense Air Networks, Regional Sales Manager at Crown Castle, and Account Executive for AT&T Towers in the Mid-Atlantic and South Regions. In 2023, she became President of the Florida Wireless Association after many years as Vice-President. She also serves as a Board member of the Alabama Wireless Association, is a founding member of the South Wireless Summit, and participates in committees for NJWA and NYSWA. Additionally, Martha is a member of WWLF, where she has previously held roles as Sponsorship Director and mentor.
Outside of her professional life, Martha is a dedicated mother of two who enjoys reading, boating, and traveling in her spare time.
