As a member of the Leadership Team at Winner Partners, a retained executive search firm in Florida, Holly leads the Talent Development platform, emphasizing the integration of operational excellence and culture.

Her previous role as Director of People + Culture at Wolfe.com, a technology-focused company, further underscores her commitment to fostering effective organizational environments. Currently, Holly serves as Chief Navigator at NarrowSpaces, a coaching and consultancy firm that assists leaders in navigating the complexities of work and life.

With a strong educational background, including a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Robert Morris University, she is also a Certified Strengths Coach and a Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst.

An accomplished author of the "Practical Wisdom" series, Holly finds her greatest joy in her three sons, John, James, and Jeremiah, who inspire her every day.
