Nicholas J. Krist is a results-driven telecommunications executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across the wireless infrastructure industry. His career spans hands-on field operations through senior executive leadership, culminating in his current role as Associate Vice President of Business Operations at Motive Infrastructure Solutions. Nicholas has led large-scale 2G–5G network deployments nationwide for major carriers including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, as well as top tower companies such as American Tower, SBA, and Crown Castle. He brings deep expertise in managing multi-state operations, overseeing $25M+ annual P&Ls, and delivering complex macro, small cell, DAS, microwave, dark fiber, and RF integration projects with consistent profitability, safety excellence, and client satisfaction.

Parkar Patel of Cox Communications is a senior executive with more than 25 years of experience leading large‑scale construction, wireless infrastructure, and telecommunications, including macro, small cells, build-to-suit, DAS, and microwave programs across national and international markets. Throughout his career, he has managed end‑to‑end construction operations—including scoping, design standardization, vendor and contractor oversight, materials management, and field execution—across thousands of sites. Parkar has transformed complex, fragmented deployment workflows into streamlined, data‑driven systems that deliver measurable financial and operational gains, including construction cost savings, significant reductions in material expenses, and major decreases in change orders through innovative process redesign, supplier optimization, and disciplined program governance.

Jordan Bankston serves as the National Director of Contractor Sourcing and Vendor Management for MasTec Communications Group. With more than 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and infrastructure industries, he has worked closely with general contractors to support the evolving needs of wireless, wireline, and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure projects across the United States. Throughout his career, Jordan has partnered with major telecommunications providers including AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile, supporting nationwide new builds and macro network upgrades. He is passionate about building strong contractor relationships and mentoring emerging contractors as they grow and develop their organizations. Jordan is actively involved with NATE: The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association, where he serves as a State Liaison and contributes to several initiatives, including the OSHA–FCC Partnership Committee, Trade Show and Multimedia Council.
