Join WWLF for Our Annual Panel Event: “Carrying a Heavy Load?”

In recognition of World Mental Health Day, WWLF invites you to a special panel discussion exploring the personal and professional challenges women face while navigating career transitions. This event, held the day before World Mental Health Day, will feature candid conversations with industry leaders who will share their experiences of coping with voluntary and involuntary career changes, while simultaneously managing personal responsibilities.

We all carry a lot—often silently. This program aims to shed light on the mental and emotional toll of “doing it all” and to foster a supportive dialogue around the realities many women face in the workplace.

Join us for an insightful conversation with female leaders from our industry and a mental health expert, moderated by Kim Montgomery, WWLF Co-Director of Education. Together, we’ll explore strategies for resilience, growth, and well-being in both our personal and professional lives.
